Jason Sholl currently owns and operates his own business ProReferee.com, an e-commerce store with uniforms and supplies for professional soccer referees. He manages social media, order fulfillment, SEO, syndication, and other traffic driving vehicles for conversion. He also creates business deals importing high quality goods from European markets for domestic distribution.

Before that, Jason was the Director of Digital Design & Media Services at Santa Clara County Office of Education. He supervised work assignments, quotes, and budget control of the creative division to include web projects, video production, graphic design and print services. Jason managed clients and scoped agreements to include project briefs, budgets, schedules, design solutions, quality assurance, marketing campaigns, and measurement for success. He produced and directed award-winning web videos, television shows, and marketing education programs. He excelled in conflict resolution, client negotiation, and collaborative staff management. He produced websites with interdisciplinary teams and used Google Analytics to gauge page discovery, site views, and web content performance. He inspired clients with a vision for their brand, multi-platform delivery, game-changing ideas, and plans to get them executed.

He received 2 awards at the 35th Annual Telly Awards and 13 awards at the 34th Annual Telly Awards for his work as a television producer and director, was nominated for four 2011 CreaTiVe Awards as a video producer, and commended by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction as an innovative Creative Services Director.

Previously, he served as Manager and also Director of Operations & Digital Media at Nash Entertainment, as a Production Assistant at Warner Bros. Television, as a video director at Loyola Marymount University’s Gersten Pavilion, and game night statistician for the San Jose Sharks and San Jose Sabercats.

Jason received his Bachelor of Arts in Television Production from Loyola Marymount University. He is also a graduate of the Executive MBA Program at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.

Jason has been a member of the Bellarmine College Preparatory President’s Club and Loyola Marymount University Young Presidential Associates. For leisure he enjoys soccer refereeing (youth, college, adult, indoor, semi-pro, pro), playing indoor soccer, traveling, relaxing on the beach, reading, swimming, listening to various music and watching movies.
